I enjoy listening to Talksport during the day. The Two Mikes are quality. Alan Brazil annoys me with his constant free loading but I guess I would to if I was in his position! Just wondered who every else likes/hates on there?

always preferred the late night shows by Whale, Dickin & Boyd. the jock they have on there now who replaced Murray is terrible. I like the two Mikes but they're rarely on now, or haven't been recently

I only listen during the day when I'm off fishing, as soon as Mike Parry's voice emerges I turn the station over.

Despite being Spurs I do enjoy Paul Hawksbee, similar age to me and seems to have the same warped sense of humour as me as well !

Always have it on the radio indoors, mainly background noise more than anything. Only really have a problem with Mick Quinn whose bias is more suited to local radio.
You know what you're getting, shouty tabloid broadcasting.

I listened for about 2 mins the other day and Brazil was going on about meeting Parlour later in some bookie or other's hospitality tent.
Brazil and Parry was excellent ground-breaking radio, and Beaky was sensible enough to keep him in check. But that was a very long time ago - when he got his name above the show he got worse and worse for turning up late and still pissed, freeloading and obvious plugs in exchange for freeloads.
Also, and I didn't think this was possible, it's even worse since Irani was fired.

H &J are consistently good and I like the Two Mike, though they are probably not to all tastes. I think TTMs have the daytime slot on TalkRadio now, as well as doing the weekend pre-match warm up shows.
Whoever does the graveyard shift now is diabolical. Some northern tosser who does football quizzes all night with his mates. Unlistenable.

MATE of mine worked there until recently - said Brazil arrives in the building 2-3 mins before he's due on-air, no prep and fucks off as soon as his show is finished

The opinions on the show are so bad and 99% without basis.
Brazil literally sounds like a pissed jock who's had a quick flick through the sun before he goes on air.
Listening to Brazil and Ray Parlour have a chat is one of the most amazing things on radio - the lack of insight is frankly shocking. It literally is two blokes in a pub.
Don't get me started on Irani - he could make your teeth stand on end when he wasn't trying to get up inside Brazils arsehole.
Danny Kelly - another know all know nothing k8nt.
Everyone knows what Durham is about. Gough, when talking about cricket is fine - any other sport, it's just total bollox again.
And Cundy....?

Not much shocks me about the opinions on this site anymore, but I'm genuinely shocked that anyone likes the Two Mikes. I honestly believe they have the worst show I have ever listened to.
The best show hands down was Colin Murray. I like Hawksbee and Jacobs even though Jacobs is a bit of a tool, he is ok.
Other than that I would rather tune into 5Live. Much better for quality of presenter and content.
I view Talksport like picking up The Sun newspaper in a cafe. Ok for a quick browse if you don't really take any notice of what is says and don't allow it to form your opinions on things.

I liked Colin Murray on 5Live and thought he added a bit of life to MOTD.
Think he got the chop for questioning the bollocks the likes of Lawrenson & Shearer came up with and challenging the cosy club.
Always liked Danny’s Kelly and Baker together and there is definitely a spot for something like what they do on 5Live.
Definitely as an alternative to Robbie Bloody Savage etc

I used to like listening to Hawksbee & Jacobs but they increased the ads and now all the segments in between seem rushed, shame.
